Cutting time-to-market by 11 weeks on a portable ventilator

North Quadrant needed to bring a portable critical-care ventilator to market in under nine months, including a single-use breathing circuit, electronics enclosure, and battery housing. Their existing supplier quoted 22 weeks for tooling alone.

We ran the breathing circuit on aluminum prototype tools in 10 days for clinical trials, then transitioned to hardened multi-cavity tooling in parallel with FDA submission. The enclosure ran on our 5-axis cell in machined aluminum during validation, then moved to molded glass-filled nylon for production. All assembly happened in our Class 100K cell.
